A wonderful lodging where you can experience the importance of living in the mountains through matagi hunters, farmers, and private lodgings. The local mushrooms, local chicken, and special bear stew are also appealing dishes that can only be enjoyed here. You can enjoy the magnificent view and silence from the bathhouse opposite the main house.

【Items Participants Need to Bring】
We do not rent ski or snowboard equipment, so please bring your own ski or snowboard equipment and clothing.
If you need to rent smelt fishing equipment, please contact us separately.
Reservations
Please make reservations online by 12:00 noon 7 days before the desired date. If the date is approaching, please contact us by phone.
When making inquiries through the "Reservation Form", our replies often do not reach mobile phone email addresses (ezweb, etc.). Please check your "spam" and "trash" folders. If you have not received a reply email, please contact us by phone.
We will contact you regarding the availability of your reservation. It may take some time for us to respond to your application. If you have not received a response within 3 business days of applying, please contact us again by phone.
If you require special consideration in participating, we would appreciate it if you could contact us before applying.
Notes
Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time. If no guests have arrived by the departure time, the tour will depart.
Due to restrictions due to weather and events, or traffic conditions, we may not be able to change the sightseeing route or allow you to get off the bus for sightseeing.
Please only bring carry-on luggage (a backpack on your lap). Large luggage will be stored at the meeting point.
If you are bringing a wheelchair or stroller, please contact us in advance when applying. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there are cases where you may not be able to participate. (Depending on the course, you may not be able to bring it in due to its size or space.)
In order to protect the natural environment, please make efforts to avoid producing trash and take it home with you.
Departure and return times may change significantly depending on traffic conditions and weather on the day. There is no compensation for any disruption to plans after the tour.
If you are unable to participate due to traffic conditions such as delays in your flight or weather on the day, we cannot accept date changes or refunds. Customers who apply for tours on the arrival/travel date do so at their own risk.

Staff will accompany you to ensure your enjoyment, and will take great care to avoid danger and ensure your safety. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by your intentional or negligent actions. In order to implement a fun and safe experience program, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Fees and Payment
The fee includes the guide fee, insurance fee, equipment rental fee (binoculars, boots), and consumption tax. If you apply to rent rainwear, you will be required to pay the rainwear rental fee separately. Please pay the fee in cash to the nature guide on the day.
About insurance
Those who participate in each program will apply for accident insurance. Please ask the staff for details.
About canceling a reservation
If you cancel your reservation for your own reasons, the following amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee if the program is canceled or cancelled due to bad weather.

100% of the participation fee if you do not show up on the day of the program or do not show up without notice
About the program
The program may be canceled without notice due to weather or other reasons.
There will be no refunds even if you cannot see the view due to weather conditions (rain, fog, etc.).
The vehicle used for the tour will vary depending on the number of participants.

About program cancellations and refunds
Even outdoor programs will be carried out in light rain, so please bring rainwear. Programs will be canceled in severe weather where safety cannot be ensured, such as when weather-related warnings or advisories are issued. If the program is canceled before it starts, no fees will be charged. Please note that refunds will not be possible if changes are made midway due to a sudden change in weather after the program has started.
