■Freshly caught seasonal Kaiseki■
Using seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the head chef
A special kaiseki restaurant where you can enjoy both meat and fish.
Starting with appetizers that incorporate plenty of seasonal ingredients,
Sashimi with fish caught in Toyama.
Lava-grilled and fried fatty Wagyu beef, etc.
Finish off with kamameshi, which smells of seasonal flavors when you open the lid.

Having grown up with rice from Toyama, we are committed to never cutting corners.
We purchase brown rice from the local "Anekura Farming Association Rice" and store it at the appropriate temperature.
We mill only the amount of rice we need in-house and prepare freshly cooked rice.
We recommend the fragrant 50% rice, which is rich in nutrients and easy to eat, with a little bit of the germ left in it.
Supporting the rice are two types of miso soup that change monthly, with ``food from the sea and from the mountains.''
Accompaniments that bring out the flavor of the rice include eggs from free-range chickens and pickled local vegetables.
Enjoy the local cuisine of blackened squid and sweet shrimp with oboro konbu!
