Both dinner and breakfast will be served in the comfort of your room.

■ Dinner: Wagyu Shabu-Shabu ■
The main course is shabu-shabu, accompanied by seasonal appetizers, a soup, and fresh vegetables.
This course allows you to fully savor the natural umami of Wagyu beef.
Dinner Start Time: 18:00 / 18:30

Guests who prefer may request a change to the standard course.

■ Breakfast: Fukiya’s Signature Japanese Breakfast ■
A thoughtfully prepared traditional Japanese breakfast each morning.
Rice: Freshly cooked in an individual pot for each room, timed to your preference
Tofu: Made daily using soy milk from Hokkaido-grown “Toyomasari” soybeans, freshly set with natural coagulant
Seaweed: Premium Kuwana nori, known for its natural mild saltiness without chemical processing
Breakfast Start Time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00

■ Bathing Facilities ■
Enjoy seven different baths featuring soft, skin-beautifying hot spring waters.
Each bath is well equipped with bath towels and amenities.

Large Public Bath & Open-Air Rock Bath
Gender-swapped by time; available late into the night
Hours: 15:00 – 9:30 (next morning)

Private Scenic Open-Air Bath
Availability can be checked via indicator lamps near each elevator; free to use when vacant
Hours: 15:00 – 24:00 / 6:00 – 9:00

3rd Floor Private Open-Air Bath (Reservation Required)
Usage: 40 minutes per session, starting on the hour
