With its clean air, Hida is the ideal land on which to raise delicious beef.
Among the beef raised here, A5 grade Hida beef has a pale pink color, excellent marbling, and a soft texture.
In particular, the melting point of the beef is low at 24.8 ℃ (normally it's 40 to 50℃), so the fat melts as soon as it touches the tongue and the sweet taste fills your whole mouth♪
Enjoy the essence of Hida beef, replete with oozing juices and melting taste, and flavor selected with the utmost care.
