Begin your morning with Hatsushimo rice, soaked in cold water from early morning and cooked until plump and fluffy. Together with pure water from Mount Yoro and small dishes prepared with local seasonal ingredients, enjoy a gentle and peaceful start to your day.

* Steamed rice may be changed to Japanese herbal rice porridge upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer this option.

Harugasumi is a spacious 12.5-tatami Japanese-style room with a private ceramic open-air bath.

From the room and bath, guests can enjoy panoramic views over the Nobi Plain toward Nagoya. The countryside stretches into the distance by day, city lights sparkle at night, and the sunrise may be seen on clear mornings.

The private open-air bath uses heated water rather than natural hot spring water and is available 24 hours a day. An indoor bath is also provided.
