•Sukiyaki with domestic beef(Sukiyaki is type of Japanese hot pot dish featuring beef and vegetables simmered in a sweet and savoury broth based on soy sauce)

• Deep-fried sesame tofu topped with chrysanthemum petals and minced chicken, served with a starchy sauce

A Japanese-style breakfast featuring hot miso soup and a few small side dishes and Tamago kake Gohan(Tamago kake gohan is rice mixed with raw egg and soy sauce)
If you dislike raw eggs, please add them to your miso soup, warm them through, and enjoy.

[Hot Spring]
Mimasaka Santo's Yunogō Onsen (sodium-calcium-chloride spring).
The sodium removes dead skin cells, and the chloride moisturizes the skin,
earning it the name “beauty spring.” You can feel the difference after bathing.
