“Hanare Kangetsutei,” a guest room with a private open-air bath located in the Hanare wing of Hotel Yuno-mori.

We have provided a bottle of Hotel Yuno-mori’s original sake, [KANGETSU], in your room.
This is a junmai sake produced by Miyashita Shuzo, a sake brewery in Okayama Prefecture founded in 1915.
Enjoy a sake bath with this sake, which is delicious to drink and is said to have skin-beautifying, moisturizing, and warming effects.
Please relax and enjoy your stay.

Nagi Wagyu, a premium Okayama Brand Wagyu raised in Nagi Town, is known for its fine texture, beautiful marbling, and tenderness.

Enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth flavor in both teppanyaki steak (75g) and shabu-shabu (75g).

The kaiseki course also includes fresh seafood such as peach-colored sea bream and yellowtail, along with seasonal vegetables.

 

■Teppanyaki Steak
Enjoy our teppanyaki steak freshly cooked at your table.
To savor the pure umami of Nagi Wagyu, we recommend your first bite with just rock salt.
For your second bite, enjoy the rich flavor of Nagi Wagyu with our secret sauce, specially crafted by Chef Ogura.

■Dashi Shabu-Shabu
The umami of Nagi Wagyu is maximally enhanced by a soy sauce-based broth made from bonito and kombu.
The broth, infused with the rich flavor of Nagi Wagyu through the shabu-shabu process,
is perfectly seasoned so you can savor it like soup until the very last drop.

 

✦Nagi Wagyu
A brand of Wagyu beef raised in Nagi Town, Okayama Prefecture.
Characterized by its premium meat quality and deep umami flavor, born from a rich natural environment and meticulous breeding methods.


◆Peach Sea Bream
This sea bream is raised on white peaches—a local specialty of Okayama Prefecture—and features a delicate, refined flavor.

◆Buri-Hira (from Kochi Prefecture)
Enjoy the umami of yellowtail combined with the firm texture and refined flavor of yellowtail amberjack all in one.

◆Kurashiki: Shimotsui True Octopus
Grown in the fast-flowing waters of the Seto Inland Sea, Shimotsui true octopus

■□Yugo Onsen□■
Yugo Onsen is one of the “Three Hot Springs of Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture,” renowned as the premier hot spring village in the Chugoku region.
Legend has it that the great Tendai Buddhist monk Jikaku Daishi discovered these waters during the Heian period, guided by a white heron.
Hence, this celebrated hot spring is also known by its alternate name, “Heron Hot Spring.”
It is also popular among women as a hot spring renowned for its skin-beautifying properties.

Experience Yugo Onsen at the spacious “Daikei” and “Asakei” bathhouses—among the largest in the prefecture—
and the garden open-air baths: Yurari's “Shirasagi no Yu” and “Hotaru no Yu.”
