This reasonably priced kaiseki features fresh seafood blessings like peach-colored sea bream, yellowtail, and octopus,
paired with seasonal vegetables.
You can also enjoy Nagi Wagyu beef shabu-shabu.

 

◆Peach Sea Bream
This sea bream is raised on white peaches, a specialty of Okayama Prefecture. Its flesh boasts an elegant flavor.

◆Buri Hira (Kochi Prefecture)
Enjoy both the rich umami of yellowtail and the firm texture and refined taste of yellowtail amberjack in one dish.

◆Kurashiki: Shimotsui Octopus
Shimotsui octopus, raised in the swift currents of the Seto Inland Sea,
is characterized by firm yet tender flesh with a satisfying bite.

◆Ryoma Tataki
Bonito tataki, completely straw-grilled over a fire fueled solely by rice straw harvested in the Shimanto River basin,
meticulously hand-grilled section by section by skilled artisans.

The rich umami of Nagi Wagyu beef is perfectly enhanced by a soy sauce-based broth made with bonito and kelp.
The broth, infused with the savory essence of Nagi Wagyu through the shabu-shabu process,

■□Yugo Hot Springs□■
Yugo Hot Springs is one of the “Three Hot Springs of Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture,” renowned as one of the finest hot spring villages in the Chugoku region.
Legend has it that the great priest Jikaku of the Tendai sect discovered these waters during the Heian period, guided by a white heron.
Hence, it is also known by the name “Heron Hot Springs.”
It is also popular among women as a hot spring renowned for its skin-beautifying properties.

Experience Yugo Onsen in our spacious, large bathhouses, the largest in the prefecture: “Daikei” and “Asakei.”
Enjoy the garden open-air baths: Yurari's “Shirasagi no Yu” and “Hotaru no Yu.”

Special hospitality at Hare Kangetsutei 
We will provide Bishunkaku's original Japanese sake “KANGETSU” in your room.
It is a pure rice sake made by Miyashita Shuzo, a sake brewer in Okayama Prefecture founded in 1914.
You can enjoy a sake bath with this delicious sake, which is said to be effective in beautifying the skin and keeping it moist and warm.
