[Hananosato]Japanese Style Twin Room with Private Open-Air Bath

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city,
and lose track of time as you gaze at the starry sky through the gaps between the trees stretching out before you.
“Hanare Kangetsutei”—a guest room with a private open-air bath; “Hana no Sato”—an open-air bath featuring a large single window that creates a sense of spaciousness.


■□ Special Hospitality at Hanare Kangetsutei □■
We have provided a bottle of Hotel Yuno-mori’s original sake, [KANGETSU], in your room.
This is a junmai sake produced by Miyashita Shuzo, a brewery in Okayama Prefecture founded in 1915.
Enjoy a sake bath with this delicious sake, said to have skin-beautifying, moisturizing, and warming effects.
Please relax and enjoy your stay.


■Room Layout■
12.5-tatami-mat Japanese-style room (twin beds)
We have prepared a large 850mm x 1300mm open-air bath on a spacious terrace of approximately 7 square meters.
In July 2024, this room was renovated to feature Simmons twin beds (W1200 × L2100) in the Japanese-style room.
Since “Hana no Sato” is located on the first floor (garden level), guests using wheelchairs or ramps may find it easier to move around in “Sora no Oto.”

This reasonably priced kaiseki features fresh seafood blessings like peach-colored sea bream, yellowtail, and octopus,
paired with seasonal vegetables.
You can also enjoy Nagi Wagyu beef shabu-shabu.


◆Peach Sea Bream
This sea bream is raised on white peaches—a local specialty of Okayama Prefecture—and features a delicate, refined flavor.

◆Buri-Hira (from Kochi Prefecture)
Enjoy the umami of yellowtail combined with the firm texture and refined flavor of yellowtail amberjack all in one.

◆Kurashiki: Shimotsui True Octopus
Grown in the fast-flowing waters of the Seto Inland Sea, Shimotsui true octopus
is characterized by its firm, yet tender and chewy texture.

◆Sawara (Spanish Mackerel)
In Okayama, sawara is a special fish beloved as the quintessential sashimi.
Please enjoy its tender, plump flesh.

◆Ryo-buri (from Kochi Prefecture)
Ryo-buri is shipped from summer through early fall. It is characterized by its refined fat content and refreshing aftertaste.

Dashi Shabu
The rich umami of Nagi Wagyu beef is perfectly enhanced by a soy sauce-based broth made with bonito and kelp.
The broth, infused with the savory essence of Nagi Wagyu through the shabu-shabu process,

■□Yugo Hot Springs□■
Yugo Hot Springs is one of the “Three Hot Springs of Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture,” renowned as one of the finest hot spring villages in the Chugoku region.
Legend has it that the great priest Jikaku of the Tendai sect discovered these waters during the Heian period, guided by a white heron.
Hence, it is also known by the name “Heron Hot Springs.”
It is also popular among women as a hot spring renowned for its skin-beautifying properties.

Experience Yugo Onsen in our spacious, large bathhouses, the largest in the prefecture: “Daikei” and “Asakei.”
Enjoy the garden open-air baths: Yurari's “Shirasagi no Yu” and “Hotaru no Yu.”
