in three dishes: fugu hot pot, fried fugu, and blanched fugu skin.

Additionally, we offer teppanyaki-grilled Okayama's brand beef, “Nagi Wagyu” (45g).

Nagi Wagyu is a brand of Japanese beef raised in Nagi Town, Okayama Prefecture.
It is characterized by its superior meat quality and deep umami flavor, achieved through a rich natural environment and meticulous breeding methods.

■□Yugo Hot Springs□■
Yugo Hot Springs is one of the “Three Hot Springs of Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture,” renowned as the premier hot spring village in the Chugoku region.
Legend has it that the great Tendai Buddhist monk Jikaku Daishi discovered these waters during the Heian period, guided by a white heron.
Hence, this celebrated hot spring is also known by its alternate name, “Heron Hot Springs.”
It is also popular among women as a hot spring renowned for its skin-beautifying properties.
Experience Yugo Onsen at the spacious “Daikei” and “Asakei” bathhouses—among the largest in the prefecture—
and the garden open-air baths: Yurari's “Shirasagi no Yu” and “Hotaru no Yu.”
