Yugo Hot Springs is one of the “Three Hot Springs of Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture,” renowned as the premier hot spring village in the Chugoku region.
Legend has it that the great Tendai Buddhist monk Jikaku Daishi discovered these waters during the Heian period, guided by a white heron.
Hence, this celebrated hot spring is also known by its alternate name, “Heron Hot Springs.”
It is also popular among women as a hot spring renowned for its skin-beautifying properties.
Experience Yugo Onsen at the spacious “Daikei” and “Asakei” bathhouses—among the largest in the prefecture—

and treat yourself to the luxury of gazing at the night sky from “Sora no Oto,” where each room features its own unique open-air bath.

We have provided a bottle of Hotel Yuno-mori’s original sake, [KANGETSU], in your room.
This is a junmai sake produced by Miyashita Shuzo, a sake brewery in Okayama Prefecture founded in 1915.
Enjoy a sake bath with this sake, which is delicious to drink and is said to have skin-beautifying, moisturizing, and warming effects.
Please relax and enjoy your stay.
