◆Ryoma Tataki
Bonito tataki, completely charcoal-grilled over rice straw fuel sourced exclusively from the Shimanto River basin.
Each section is meticulously hand-grilled by artisans.

It is a pure rice sake made by Miyashita Shuzo, a sake brewer in Okayama Prefecture founded in 1914.
You can enjoy a sake bath with this delicious sake, which is said to be effective in beautifying the skin and keeping it moist and warm.
