This sea bream is raised feeding on Okayama Prefecture's famous white peaches, resulting in a refined, elegant flavor.

◆Ryoma Tataki
Bonito tataki, completely charcoal-grilled over rice straw fuel sourced exclusively from the Shimanto River basin.
