“Momo-dai” (sea bream raised on a diet of white peaches, a specialty of Okayama Prefecture) and yellowtail, known for its beautiful marbling and deep umami flavor.

Both offer a refined and complex taste.

These two carefully selected types of fish are prepared as shabu-shabu in Chef Ogura’s special broth.

The broth, infused with the fish’s natural umami, creates an exceptional flavor when enjoyed alongside the fish.

You can savor it as a soup, relishing every last drop.

In addition, we offer “Nagi Wagyu” (45g), a teppanyaki dish that melts in your mouth.

■□Yugō Onsen□■

Yugō Onsen is one of the “Three Great Hot Springs of Mimasaka” in Okayama Prefecture and is known as one of the premier hot spring resorts in the Chūgoku region.
According to legend, Jikaku Daishi, a monk of the Tendai sect, discovered this spring during the Heian period after being guided by a white heron.
For this reason, it is also known as “Sagi-no-Yu” (Heron’s Hot Spring).
It is also popular among women for its skin-beautifying properties.

Enjoy Yugō Onsen to the fullest at “Taikei” and “Chōkei,” which boast some of the largest facilities in the prefecture.
The gardens also feature open-air baths, including Yurari’s “Shirasagi-no-Yu” and “Hotaru-no-Yu.”
