Nagi Wagyu, raised in Nagi Town, Okayama Prefecture, is characterized by its fine grain, beautiful marbling, and tenderness.
We invite you to enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth texture.
This kaiseki course features a Nagi Wagyu teppanyaki steak (75g) and shabu-shabu (75g) as the main dishes.
You can also enjoy dishes made with the bounty of the sea—such as peach sea bream and yellowtail—along with seasonal vegetables.

✦What Is Nagi Wagyu?
It is a brand of Wagyu beef raised in Nagi Town, Okayama Prefecture.
It is characterized by its high-quality meat and deep umami flavor, which result from the rich natural environment and meticulous rearing methods.

■□Yugo Onsen□■

Yugo Onsen is one of the “Three Hot Springs of Mimasaka” in Okayama Prefecture, renowned as the premier hot spring destination in the Chugoku region.

Legend has it that in the Heian period, the Tendai Buddhist monk Jikaku Daishi discovered this spring after being guided by a white heron,

which is why it is also known as “Sagi-no-Yu” (Heron’s Spring).

It is also popular among women for its skin-beautifying properties.

Enjoy Yugo Onsen at “Daikei” and “Asakei”—two of the prefecture’s largest and most spacious public bathhouses—

as well as the garden open-air baths: Yurari’s “Shirasagi no Yu” and “Hotaru no Yu.”
