Indulge in our exquisite "Mie Kaiseki" featuring two of the region's finest delicacies.

・Matsusaka Beef: Savor certified Matsusaka Wagyu served as a Teppan (iron griddle) steak.

・Ise Lobster: Our signature "Golden-Roasted" (Kogane-yaki) lobster.

Portion: Half-lobster per adult (One whole lobster served per two adults).

Location: Served in the Dining Hall (Western-style tables and chairs).

Seating: Each room is assigned its own private table.

"A fresh start to your day with local, farm-to-table flavors." Enjoy a breakfast featuring seasonal ingredients from Mie Prefecture:

Fresh Eggs: From "Kumazawa Poultry Farm" in Suzuka (Omelets/Onsen Eggs).

Yogurt: Rich, farm-fresh yogurt from "Ouchiyama Dairy."

Rice: Premium "Koshihikari" grown in the Northern Mie region.

Pork Stew: Slow-cooked with a secret touch of local "Souhei Miso."

 

◆ Hot Springs (Onsen)

・Public Indoor Bath: Relax while overlooking the majestic Mt. Gozaisho.

・Open-Air Bath: Panoramic views of the Suzuka Mountains, the starlit sky, and the distant city lights of Nagoya.

・Private Baths: Available on a first-come, first-served basis (Sign up at the front desk on the day of arrival).

　Choose from the "Private Open-Air Bath" (perfect for couples) or the "Private Indoor Bath" (popular for families).

 

◆ Local Sightseeing

Mt. Gozaisho: Experience the breathtaking beauty of the four seasons.

Gozaisho Ropeway: Only a 1-minute walk to the station! A 12-minute "aerial walk" offers panoramic views of the Ise Plain, Ise Bay, and the Chita Peninsula.
