　Dinner: The Taste of Mie — Matsusaka Beef

Indulge in a sizzling Matsusaka Beef Teppan (iron griddle) Steak, added as a special highlight to our traditional seasonal Kaiseki course.

Location: Communal Dining Hall (Table and chair seating)

 

■Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and facilities are strictly non-smoking.

(A designated smoking area is available in the 1st-floor lobby).

 

■Breakfast: Farm-to-Table Morning

"Start your day with a warm, refreshing breakfast featuring the best of local Mie ingredients."

・Tamagoyaki & Onsen Eggs: Using premium "Kumazawa Eggs" from Suzuka.

・Yogurt: Rich, locally produced yogurt from "Ouchiyama Dairy."

・Koshihikari Rice: Freshly harvested from the Northern Mie region.

・Pork Stew: Slow-cooked with a secret touch of local "Sohei Miso."

 

■Onsen (Hot Springs)

・Large Public Bath: Soothe your soul while gazing at the majestic Mt. Gozaisho through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

・Open-Air Bath: Enjoy breathtaking views of the Suzuka Mountains and the sparkling night lights of the Nagoya cityscape.

・Private Baths: We offer several types, including the "Private Open-Air Bath" for couples and the "Private Indoor Bath" for families.

Mt. Gozaisho Experience the vibrant beauty of Japan’s four seasons, from lush greenery to autumn colors and winter frost.

Gozaisho Ropeway Just a 1-minute walk from our ryokan. A 12-minute "aerial walk" offers a panoramic 360-degree view of the Ise Plain, Ise Bay, and the Chita Peninsula.
