This is a special one-night, two-meal plan available only during the popular winter season in Zao Onsen (Dec 12 – Mar 18).
Please note: This plan requires advance online credit card payment only.
Cancellation policies differ from standard terms due to the seasonal nature of this plan.

On-site payment is not available.

Cancellation Policy:

7 to 4 days before: 30% of total stay cost

3 to 1 days before: 50% of total stay cost

Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of total stay cost

【Children Policy】
To ensure a quiet and relaxing environment for all guests, this plan is limited to children aged 7 and above (elementary school age and up).

◯ Dinner: “Zao Mountain Kaiseki” featuring Yamagata Beef
Choose your main dish from:

Teppanyaki (grilled on an iron plate)

Shabu-shabu (hot pot)

Sukiyaki (sweet soy hot pot)

Your choice of main dish can be selected individually at the time of booking.
If no selection is made, Teppanyaki will be served by default.
For group bookings, all guests will receive the same main dish.
For consecutive night stays, different dishes will be prepared each night.
However, from the 4th night onward, the menu may repeat.
For allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us by 12:00 PM the day before. Same-day requests cannot be accommodated.
