As this is a special seasonal plan, the cancellation policy differs from our standard terms.

Cancellation Policy:

30 to 15 days before: 10% of total stay cost

14 to 4 days before: 30% of total stay cost

3 to 1 days before: 50% of total stay cost

Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of total stay cost

To ensure a tranquil stay for all guests, we only accept children aged 7 and above (elementary school students and older).

Please make your selection at the time of booking via the optional menu screen.
If no selection is made, Teppanyaki will be served by default.
For group bookings, all guests must select the same main dish.
For consecutive-night stays, different meals will be provided each night.
However, the menu may repeat from the 4th night onward.
For allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us by 12:00 PM the day before. Same-day changes are not accepted.
