[9C Hotel Asahikawa]

Notice on Accommodation Tax (Effective from April 1, 2026)

Starting April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be imposed by both Asahikawa City and Hokkaido Prefecture. In accordance with local regulations, we kindly ask all guests to pay this tax separately at check-in.

The tax amount is determined based on the accommodation fee per person per night:

If the room charge is less than ¥20,000, the tax will be ¥300.

If the room charge is between ¥20,000 and ¥50,000, the tax will be ¥400.

If the room charge exceeds ¥50,000, the tax will be ¥700.

Please note that this tax is not included in the room rate displayed on our website or on external booking platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Booking.com, etc.). Even if you have pre-paid for your reservation, the accommodation tax must be settled separately upon arrival.

The tax collected will be used to improve tourism and local infrastructure.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
