We will be carrying out renovation work aimed at improving the safety of our electrical equipment.
During the construction period, there may be workers entering and leaving the premises and inside the building, as well as construction noise. However, there will be no access to guest rooms.
Additionally, on Friday, October 23rd, we will be conducting a power outage for electrical equipment inspection. Electrical equipment throughout the entire building, including guest rooms, will be unavailable. Please review the following information.

■Work dates and times involving power outages

Scheduled from 11:00 to 13:00
■Regarding usage during the power outage (October 23, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
During the power outage, the entire building's power supply will be shut off, so electrical equipment such as lights, refrigerators, and power outlets will be unavailable.
• The elevator is not available.
・The air conditioning system throughout the entire building, including in guest rooms, will be shut down.
・Wi-Fi is not available inside the building.
・The hot water supply system will be shut off, so hot water will not be available in the washroom or bathroom.
・For inspection purposes, workers may enter the corridors on each floor.
Depending on the work progress, the power outage period may be extended.
We are unable to extend the check-out time on October 23, 2026.
・For guests staying multiple nights, please note that the power outage may coincide with your stay.

[Regarding Accommodation of Children]
Children under 6 can share existing beds at no extra charge
One child per adult, or two children for 2+ adults
No extra amenities (including towels, slippers, robes, etc.) will be provided for bed-sharing kids
Additional children beyond this limit will be charged as adults

* A maximum of 2 children per room can stay free through bed-sharing
* Children using separate beds will be charged adult rates
* Only 1 child per bed is permitted for bed-sharing

* New terms apply only to reservations made on or after May 1, 2025
* Even if your stay is after May 1, 2025, reservations made before May 1 will follow the previous terms
* The reservation date (not the stay date) determines which policy applies
