【Notice of Mandatory Inspection】

Thank you for your continued patronage of ICI HOTEL TOKYO HATCHOBORI.
Due to safety equipment inspections, we will be conducting a power outage throughout the hotel on the following dates.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

■Implementation Date : Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
■Notice

　※During the power outage, all electrical power to the building will be shut off. Therefore, lighting, refrigerators, toilets, electrical outlets, and other electrical appliances cannot be used.
　※The elevator is also unavailable.
　※Air conditioning throughout the entire building, including guest rooms, will be turned off.
　※Wi-Fi is not available throughout the entire building.
　※The water heater power will be turned off, so hot water supply to the washroom and bathroom will be suspended.
　※Inspection personnel will be accessing the hallways on each floor.
　※Depending on the inspection status, the power outage duration may be extended.
　※We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate requests for extended check-out times on March 11, 2026.
　※When making consecutive night reservations, please be careful if the dates overlap with the above schedule.

[Regarding Accommodation of Children]

  • Children under 6 can share existing beds at no extra charge
  • One child per adult, or two children for 2+ adults
  • No extra amenities (including towels, slippers, robes, etc.) will be provided for bed-sharing kids
  • Additional children beyond this limit will be charged as adults

Effective May 1, 2025, we will be updating our accommodation terms and conditions. The new terms will apply to all reservations made from May 1, 2025 onward. Please review the updated terms on our facility website in advance.

**Children's Bed-Sharing Policy Changes**
Starting May 1, 2025, children 6 and under can stay free when bed-sharing with an adult (previously 12 and under through April 30, 2025). The policy allows up to 1 child per bed per adult.

* A maximum of 2 children per room can stay free through bed-sharing
* Children using separate beds will be charged adult rates
* Only 1 child per bed is permitted for bed-sharing

Important Notes:
* New terms apply only to reservations made on or after May 1, 2025
* Even if your stay is after May 1, 2025, reservations made before May 1 will follow the previous terms
* The reservation date (not the stay date) determines which policy applies
