Please read and agree to the following before making your reservation.
◆ Seats on the shuttle bus are limited and subject to availability. Shuttle service may not be available if all seats have been reserved.
◆ Significant delays may occur due to traffic congestion, severe weather, or heavy snowfall.
　The hotel cannot provide compensation or alternative transportation arrangements for missed connections caused by such delays.
◆ Guests traveling alone or in groups of 3 or 5 may be required to share seating with other guests.
◆ Shuttle reservations are limited to the number of guests included in the reservation.
　Additional passengers cannot be accommodated on the day of travel.
　Please ensure that all guests are included in the reservation at the time of booking.
◆ Children registered as Child C or Child D are not assigned a seat on the shuttle bus and must sit on a parent or guardian's lap during transportation.
◆ Guests requiring a separate shuttle bus seat for a child aged 0–2 years must select Child B when making the reservation.
◆ Storage space on the shuttle bus is limited. Guests traveling with oversized luggage or a large number of bags should contact the hotel in advance.
◆Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point by the departure time may be considered a no-show and the shuttle may depart without them.

■ Rates are per person for a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast included.
