Dinner Information Joshu Wagyu Shabu-Shabu Dinner Savor a traditional Japanese shabu-shabu dinner featuring premium Joshu Wagyu beef from Gunma Prefecture. Dinner is served in a shared banquet-style dining venue with comfortable table-and-chair seating. Enjoy thinly sliced Wagyu beef and seasonal vegetables cooked in a hot broth, highlighting the natural flavor and tenderness of the ingredients. Please note that meals are not served in a private dining room.

【Important Notes】

◆ Seats on the shuttle bus are limited and subject to availability. Shuttle service may not be available if all seats have been reserved.

◆ Significant delays may occur due to traffic congestion, severe weather, or heavy snowfall. The hotel cannot provide compensation or alternative transportation arrangements for missed connections caused by such delays.

◆ Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point by the departure time may be considered a no-show and the shuttle may depart without them.

◆ Guests traveling alone or in groups of 3 or 5 may be required to share seating with other guests.

◆ Shuttle reservations are limited to the number of guests included in the reservation. Additional passengers cannot be accommodated on the day of travel. Please ensure that all guests are included in the reservation at the time of booking.

◆ Children registered as Child C or Child D are not assigned a seat on the shuttle bus and must sit on a parent or guardian's lap during transportation.

◆ Guests requiring a separate shuttle bus seat for a child aged 0–2 years must select Child B when making the reservation.

◆ Storage space on the shuttle bus is limited. Guests traveling with oversized luggage or a large number of bags should contact the hotel in advance.

• For reservations of two or more consecutive nights under this plan, Joshu Wagyu Sukiyaki will be served as the main dinner course on each night of your stay.

• The main dinner course cannot be changed to a different meal during your stay. Side dishes and seasonal menu items may vary depending on the date.

• Halal-certified meals are not available.

• We are unable to provide fully vegan meals.

• Due to our shared kitchen environment, we may be unable to accommodate severe food allergies.

• Guests with tattoos are welcome to use the public baths.

• Guest rooms are not equipped with air conditioning due to the cool mountain climate of Manza Onsen.

• Wi-Fi service is available throughout the property; however, connection speed and stability may vary depending on the room location and building.

• Some room types are located farther from the restaurant, public baths, and other facilities. Please review the property map carefully before selecting your room type.

• All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Rates & Child Policy

■ Rates are per person for a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast included.

■ All rates include consumption tax and service charges.

■ A hot spring tax of JPY 150 per adult per night is not included in the room rate and will be collected separately at check-out.

🔶 Children aged 3–5 years: 60% of the adult rate (Child B)
