Winter Season Restaurant: “Select Dinner” Course Information

We are delighted to introduce our exclusive winter dining experience, the “Select Dinner” course, available only at Yukiai-tei.

Unlike our regular Seasonal Chef’s Choice Course, this special menu allows guests to enjoy a more personalized experience.

Start your meal with a variety of appetizers served sharing-style, perfect for enjoying with your group.

For the main dish and dessert, each guest may select from several thoughtfully prepared options, featuring seasonal ingredients.

Japanese cuisine will be served either in a private dining room or at the main hall of Yukiai-tei.

Unlike traditional kaiseki, this course highlights Hokkaido-sourced ingredients through a range of appetizers, seafood dishes, customizable seafood rice bowls, and desserts.

We also offer a Special Sukiyaki Course featuring premium Hokkaido Wagyu beef.

Guests staying multiple nights are invited to enjoy our teppanyaki-style dishes, freshly prepared before your eyes.

Winter Shuttle Service

We are pleased to offer a free shuttle service between Raku Suisan and Grand Hirafu Ski Resort during the winter season.

Enjoy a smooth and comfortable ride as you make the most of Niseko’s renowned powder snow.

Limited to 3 rooms per day, the guest rooms are equipped with Jurlique amenities to rejuvenate your skin and mind.

 

The hot spring water, flowing freely from our private source on the property, is known as “beauty-enhancing water.”We offer a unique beauty experience that, with a focus on Jurlique’s scent, renews your skin and mind before inviting you into a deep sleep.This collaboration experience is a beauty ritual that emphasizes the unique onsen benefits of Raku Suisan along with the natural, profound fragrance unique to Jurlique.

The onsen is characterized by its slightly brown “yu no hana” (hot spring mineral deposits) and its smooth, viscous water. It is said to improve muscle and joint stiffness, relieve fatigue, and promote sleep. Soak slowly in the water until two hours before bedtime, enjoy a pleasant cool-down on the terrace, and, with deep breaths, quietly attune yourself to your inner voice to calm your body. Your warmed skin and relaxed mind will gently soften as the fragrance tenderly envelops you.Once you are prepared for sleep, the process into deep slumber is guided by 100% cotton gauze pajamas, a choice of pillows, and the aroma of essential oils accompanied by music. For this experience, all Jurlique products used in the guest rooms have been prepared with skincare and body care formulations that incorporate life-enhancing botanicals nurtured with care in Jurlique’s certified organic farm in Australia, along with fragrance essential oils. Centered on Jurlique’s signature popular products, an amenity set that you can take home is also provided so that you can continue enjoying the Jurlique ritual even after you return home.
