Winter Season Restaurant: “Select Dinner” Course Information

We are delighted to introduce our exclusive winter dining experience, the “Select Dinner” course, available only at Yukiai-tei.
Unlike our regular Seasonal Chef’s Choice Course, this special menu allows guests to enjoy a more personalized experience.
Start your meal with a variety of appetizers served sharing-style, perfect for enjoying with your group.
For the main dish and dessert, each guest may select from several thoughtfully prepared options, featuring seasonal ingredients.
Japanese cuisine will be served either in a private dining room or at the main hall of Yukiai-tei.
Unlike traditional kaiseki, this course highlights Hokkaido-sourced ingredients through a range of appetizers, seafood dishes, customizable seafood rice bowls, and desserts.
We also offer a Special Sukiyaki Course featuring premium Hokkaido Wagyu beef.
Guests staying multiple nights are invited to enjoy our teppanyaki-style dishes, freshly prepared before your eyes.

Winter Shuttle Service

We are pleased to offer a free shuttle service between Raku Suisan and Grand Hirafu Ski Resort during the winter season.
Enjoy a smooth and comfortable ride as you make the most of Niseko’s renowned powder snow.
For transfers from Kutchan Station or other areas, please feel free to contact us.
