＜Seasonal Omakase Course (Creative French Cuisine)＞

Freshly harvested mountain and sea delicacies. We carefully prepare dishes that highlight the pure, unadorned qualities of ingredients as they change form and color through spring, summer, autumn, and winter, free from rigid constraints.
We source ingredients that change daily with the seasons, and the menu is decided after assessing the condition of the day's ingredients.
We hope you look forward to the day's offerings.
