We’ll still be serving Rankeisou’s signature “Koi no Arai” (raw carp)
and “Stone-grilled Niigata Wagyu (Grade A4 or higher),”
so this course is designed to let you fully enjoy
the meal.

Our top recommendation is Rankeisou’s “Hot Spring Rice Porridge,” made with Koshihikari rice from Shitada, cooked with spring water and clear water from the hot spring source.
