Terms of Use

1. Reservation Requests

(1)　This online reservation system (hereinafter referred to as "the System") allows customers to make
reservations directly with the hotel via the Internet.
While anyone can search for information such as room availability for hotels registered in the System,
membership registration is required to submit a reservation request.
(2)　Registered customers may submit reservation requests 24 hours a day.
(3)　Reservation details submitted through the System are transmitted to the hotel's email address
immediately upon completion of the request.
(4)　The System is available for use free of charge.

2. Eligibility for Reservations

(1)　Anyone possessing an email address accessible via a personal computer may make reservations.

3. Customer Registration

(1)　Please register your personal information via the registration screen. A registration confirmation
notice will be sent to the email address you provided. You may submit reservation requests
once this process is complete.
(2)　Registration is free. There are no costs involved, such as registration fees or annual membership fees.
We do not charge any fees whatsoever.
(3)　We will not use your registered personal information without your permission.
However, this policy does not apply in cases where disclosure is requested by public
institutions (such as the police or courts).

4. Service Agreement

(1)　The service agreement is concluded directly between the customer and the hotel.
(2)　The service agreement is established when the customer performs a final check of the details
entered into the System and presses the button (or switch) to finalize the reservation.
(3)　We will not use your registered personal information without your permission. However, this provision does not apply in cases where a request is made by public authorities (such as the police or courts).

5. Payment of Accommodation Charges

Please pay accommodation charges either via advance payment or by cash or credit card at the time of check-out.

6. Changes to or Cancellation of Reservations

(1)　If there are any changes to your registered details, please promptly update them using this system.
(2)　If you are unable to use this system due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the hotel directly.
Please note that no change or cancellation notification will be sent if you contact the hotel directly.

7. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees will be charged based on the contract price at the following rates:

3 to 2 days prior: 30%
1 day prior: 50%
On the day: 100%
No-show: 100% (if no notification is received)
【 Note: Exceptions may be discussed in emergencies, such as severe weather. 】

8. Hotel Liability and Disclaimer

(1)　The Hotel shall compensate the guest for any damages incurred during the performance of the accommodation contract
or related contracts, or due to the non-performance thereof. However, this shall not apply if the damages
are not attributable to causes for which the Hotel is responsible.(2)　The Hotel maintains innkeeper's liability insurance to cover contingencies such as fire.
(3)　If the Hotel is unable to provide the contracted guest room, it shall, with the guest's consent,
arrange for alternative accommodation under conditions as similar as possible.
(4)　Notwithstanding the preceding provision, if the Hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodation,
it shall pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty charge; this compensation
fee shall be applied toward the amount of damages. However, no compensation fee shall be paid
if the inability to provide the guest room is not attributable to the Hotel.

9．Terms and conditions regarding other aspects of your stay shall be governed by the Hotel's Terms and Conditions for Accommodation.
