Dinner: [Dinner] Kaiseki cuisine with local fish ◇Villa AB is a private room at the restaurant "Jashumon" Enjoy a special space that is typical of Amakusa, with a statue of Mary in a 28m corridor inspired by a monastery and Gregorian chants playing. ◇Premium Villa C is a private room at "Tensho" The meal will be served in a private room at the restaurant with a high ceiling reminiscent of an Amakusa church. The stone-grilled steamed pot of Amakusa Daio, one of the largest local chickens in Japan, is a specialty dish at Villa C

Breakfast: [Breakfast] Breakfast is Japanese food. The menu includes horse mackerel dried in mirin from Sakitsu, a World Heritage Site, with green laver bean paste, miso soup, and more. ◇ Premium Villa C guests can choose between Japanese food or Western food with natural yeast bread
