Full of the flavors of Ibaraki, rich in ingredients, including sashimi and grilled fish of seasonal local fish, seafood soup,
and rice cooked with whitebait from Oarai♪

For breakfast, we use only locally produced ingredients, and we offer dried fish from Oarai, one of the leading producers of processed foods in Japan, dried whitebait from Oarai, miso soup with Okarinuma clams,
and natto, a specialty of Ibaraki.
