【SORANO SPA Partial Renovation】

We will be carrying out renovation work on a portion of the "Jacuzzi" and "Indoor Pool" area located on the 10th floor of the SORANO SPA facility.

■Construction Period
April 13th (Tue) to April 15th (Thu), 2027

■Target Area
10th Floor facility only(Jacuzzi and Indoor Pool)
*Other SPA areas, including the infinity pool, will be operating as usual.

■Regarding Operations
During the construction period, only the "Jacuzzi" and "Indoor Pool" will be unavailable. Other SPA facilities will be available as usual.

We will prioritize safety and take measures to minimize the impact on customers regarding environmental changes (smell, noise, etc.) and the movement of construction personnel.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our guests, and we appreciate your understanding.

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we DO NOT provide certain bathroom amenities—such as Toothbrushes, Hair combs, Razors, Facial cleansers, or Women's Skincare products—in guest rooms.

We kindly ask guests to bring their own personal items for use during their stay.

However, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are provided in all rooms.
