Our seasonal kaiseki cuisine features locally sourced ingredients as well as carefully selected seasonal delicacies from all over Japan. Our culinary advisor is a renowned chef who has continuously earned Michelin stars over the years. Every component—fish, meat, vegetables, rice, miso, and dashi—is chosen with the utmost care. Please savor our seasonal menus, meticulously prepared to highlight the natural flavor of each ingredient.
