■ Dinner ■
Our seasonal kaiseki cuisine features locally sourced ingredients as well as carefully selected seasonal delicacies from all over Japan. Our culinary advisor is a renowned chef who has continuously earned Michelin stars over the years. Every component—fish, meat, vegetables, rice, miso, and dashi—is chosen with the utmost care. Please savor our seasonal menus, meticulously prepared to highlight the natural flavor of each ingredient.

Dinner service ends at 7:00 PM. Dishes are normally served course by course, but if you arrive after 7:30 PM, all dishes will be served at once. Thank you for your understanding.

Enjoy freshly cooked rice made in a traditional kettle and a Japanese breakfast that changes with the seasons.
■ Dining Location ■
Guests staying in “Shiun-an” and the Main Building will dine in a restaurant overlooking the garden. Guests in other rooms may choose between in-room dining or restaurant dining via the options menu.
Breakfast for all guests is served in the restaurant.

Both indoor and open-air baths are made of natural stones, reflecting the rustic charm of Hitoyoshi Onsen—a historic hot spring beloved by Saigo Takamori and Sakamoto Ryoma. Enjoy the gentle, beautifying waters flowing directly from the source.
