Japanese-Style Room, 10 Tatami — Ground Floor, Renovated
Of our ten-tatami rooms, this is the type that is always on the ground floor. Most of Yugetsusanso is reached by stairs, It is about 13 steps from the entrance to the room, so it suits guests who would rather climb as little as possible. (Our standard ten-tatami rooms may be on any of floors 1 to 3.)
The room has also been freshened, though it has not been rebuilt in any major way. The early-Showa wooden character is kept as it is, tidied for comfort. Futon bedding is laid out on the tatami for you while you are at dinner.
