To ensure you all have the best possible winter experience this year,we have made thorough preparations.
As we begin accepting reservations for this season, we have an important announcement to share.
To allow as many guests as possible to enjoy Nozawa Onsen this winter,
we will be accepting reservations based on the number of nights stayed,
depending on when reservations open.
❄️Starting September 1: Reservations for 3 nights or more
❄️Starting October 1: Reservations for 2 nights or more
❄️Around mid-November: Reservations for 1 night or more will be accepted sequentially.
■ For the time being, to prevent double bookings and other issues,
we will only accept reservations through the accommodation booking page on this website.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations made by phone, email, or direct messages (DMs) on social media.
■Accommodation Tax: The Nozawa Onsen Village accommodation tax (3.5% of the room rate),
introduced in June 2026, is included in the displayed plan rate (prepayment amount).
■The English page lists only room-only plans.
