This private traditional house, "Kanna," has been renovated from the former home of a ship carpenter and reflects the rich craftsmanship of Okawa.
Blending historical character with modern comfort, the house features furniture and furnishings crafted by local woodworkers, allowing guests to experience the warmth of wood while enjoying a stay in a historic townscape.
The house is arranged over two floors. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a hinoki cypress bath, and a toilet, while the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Guests are welcome to prepare meals using local ingredients in the kitchen.
Complimentary parking is available near the house for guests (4 spaces, no reservation required, first-come, first-served).
A staff member will assist with check-in at the property. The Guest Support Center is located approximately 200 meters away, about a 4-minute walk from the house.

• The property contains stairs and level differences and is not wheelchair accessible.
• As the house is located within a residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
